S1, E4: Whilst Dale Maily is at Glade Festival getting to the bottom of drugs, James and Barnaby are trying to endear themselves to the students of Manchester University before a meeting with Universities Minister David Willets. The National Gallery gets a new picture installed, whilst money lending shops are paid a visit by gambling and drug addict Nomo. Also, sweatshop recruiters are out on the Oxford Street, London, looking for new workers.
