Clive Davis was an American actor and producer who was best known for his role in "Clive Davis: The Soundtrack of Our Lives" and role in "Diane Warren: Relentless". He was born in Brooklyn, NY and attended Harvard Law School. His early credits include the television special "Aretha Franklin: The Queen of Soul", released in 1988. Clive Davis has been nominated and won a Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 2000. His top performing U.S. films include "The Preacher's Wife"($48.09M) in 1996 and "I Wanna Dance With Somebody"($23.44M) in 2022. Clive Davis died on June 22, 2026 at the age of 94.
