The Lunatics

Mr Tsui (Fung Shui Fan) is a social worker specializing in patients with mental disorder. One day Tsui successfully pacifies a psycho Doggie (Tony Leung Chiu-Wai) who is behaving lunatic at street market. A columnist Miss Lau (Deannie Yip) accidentally watches the whole process. It attracts Lau to take psychiatry as her new topic. Then, Lau partners with Tsui for work in order to gather information.During the patient visits, Lau meets many psychos, such as Dr Sham (John Sham), an old woman residing at building alley, Chung (Chow Yun Fat) living at blockhouse and Tsuen (Paul Chu) getting insane caused by missing his son...
