Lau goes to the traditional camp for all boys in the city before he starts high school; Lau has been dreading the trip for ages, but then he meets the new guy Aksel from Copenhagen.

With camp in full swing, and Lau is trying to adapt and complete the challenges; Lau gets closer to the new boy, Aksel, while pressure from a popular football player increases.

After being humiliated, Lau distances himself from Aksel; he tries to sneak out at night with the others to become one of the boys.
