Real estate agents Justin Fichelson, Andrew Greenwell and Roh Habibi try to outsell each other in a market filled with demanding young tech clients. Veteran agent Andrew fails to predict a colleague's mistakes and newcomer Roh must prove his worth.

Justin's new listing in the Mission District is still under construction, so he must sell the neighbourhood before he can sell the house; Roh's business partner, Joel, criticises his open house; Andrew deals with an emotional seller.

Andrew lands a listing in the up-and-coming neighbourhood of Bernal Heights; while Justin's property is finally finished, the size of the backyard proves to be a difficult selling point; Roh makes a promise that may be difficult to keep.

Roh finally manages to track down the architect of his new listing, but faces an even harder task; Justin takes a listing with his dentist; Andrew's quest to find a property in Bernal Heights takes an unexpected turn.
