Malaterra

The seemingly peaceful seaside town of Malaterra is thrown into chaos when the body of a young boy is found.

When the gendarmerie discover a large amount of money in Nathan's room, Karine questions his sister; as the local and national press travel to Malaterra, the atmosphere between friends and neighbours turns to suspicion.

The discovery of a torched boat sees the investigation resume, but once again leads to the closure of the beach. Affected by the decline in tourism, traders in Malaterra are beginning to lose patience.

Pierre Viviani is taken into custody. Karine finds herself torn between her friendship with her family and the needs of the investigation.

When the past of Martine Vaneste, local figure, is exposed in the national press, the community of Malaterra decide to make a targeted attack.
