In Israel, Safran's Palestinian boom mic operator makes a sperm bank donation, John makes a donation to a clinic in West Bank and Safran conducts an experiment using stolen underwear.

Inspired by a 1961 book, Safran travels the streets of Chicago. After undergoing a makeover to make him appear black, Safran interviews some militants and preaches at a predominantly black church.
