Jasmine and Jon show their children the run-down villa that they hope to call home. But with various delays and a mortgage deadline, it's a race against the clock to see if the purchase of the villa will even go through.

The enormity of what Jasmine and Jon are taking on hits home hard, as they start major renovations on their new Costa del Sol home. They enlist local builder Carlos to get the property as liveable as possible before the family move in.

Jasmine gets hands-on, as the front patio is dug up and the family bathroom is demolished. Liliana Myers, widow of Hairy Biker chef Dave Myers, drops in to see how her good friend Jon has settled into his new life in Spain.
