Shi-on boards a train for the first time to begin his residency in Seoul; when the board refuses to hire a doctor with autism, President Choi of the hospital puts his position on the line and asks them to give Shi-on six months to prove himself.

Shi-on notices that a child who had surgery for a choledochal cyst is in danger and takes him into the OR without authorization; Do-han's team is in the OR for another operation and ends up operating on two patients simultaneously.
