In each city the co-hosts visit, the food innovators responsible for the `monster mashes' - anyone want to try a triple-decker pastrami doughnut sandwich or a fried PB & J fish stick? - compete for $10,000 and to get their concoction onto the menu of a popular restaurant. A rotating panel of culinary professionals help Capon and Luke Jr. determine each episode's champion.
