Family Money

Fran is hospitalised after intervening in a fight. Her son Harry and daughter Isabel think she should move house, which would conveniently release some family money.

Fran's house is under offer, but when she and Becky are clearing out the attic there's a dangerous explosion, and Fran sees the mysterious man from the houseboat. Meanwhile, Harry's job is at risk.

Plagued by flashbacks, Fran tries to explain her fears to her family, but they're more worried about missing out on their inheritance. At the library, Fran bumps into Jake from the houseboat.

Fran is happily preparing a meal and goes to the cellar for a bottle of wine when she hears the front door open. Expecting to see Becky, she is horrified to see Jake's shadow appear on the wall.
