Oscar meets a shy little cloud whose home is in the sky and the two become friends. Ella also makes friends with him, and together they all search for their new friend's name.

Ella and Oscar's picnic threatens to go wrong when dark clouds start to rain. As a result, Ella gets angry with Huu.

When Oscar's parents leave home, he plans to spend the day with Ella.
