Adventures in Rainbow Country

A minister (Gordon Pinsent) is determined to retrace a dangerous whitewater canoe route used by the native peoples.

Hannah joins Billy and Pete on a fishing trip and they plan to climb a fire tower. She climbs the tower as Billy and Pete go fishing, but has a panic attack when she thinks about climbing down.

Billy and Pete follow a man claiming to be a police inspector after he arrives at the lodge and tells people he thinks Billy's father might be alive. Dougall discovers that the man is a fake.

When a former champion parachutist is suddenly panic-stricken, Roger must teach Billy to jump in his place.

En route to Whitefish Falls, a group of inner-city youths stop in at the lodge. A troubled loner runs the tank of an outboard empty and swims to shore. He hides in an abandoned mine after taking Billy's equipment.

Billy and Pete search for an old hunting lodge in the canoe. After getting separated, Billy discovers the canoe drifting away and starts to panic when he gets lost. Dennis organises a search party after spotting the wrecked canoe.
