When 52-year-old Helen is rushed into Royal Stoke emergency department after a head-on collision with a bus, trauma team leader Paul Hancock fears the worst. Meanwhile, 65-year-old HGV driver Michael began showing symptoms of a stroke at work.

In Queenborough on the Isle of Sheppey, a 12-year-old boy is hit by a car at 50 mph.

Paramedic Ayshe and special sergeant Hannah respond to two calls - a car that has crashed into a wall and ended up on its roof and a heated argument in a convenience store.

PC Ben and paramedic Lisa head to north Kent, where a stolen car has crashed on a residential street, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. An unconscious woman has been found in the street after being spotted in the back of a stranger's car.

The JRU are tasked with trying to contain a cow that is on the loose on a road with a 60mph limit. The JRU also respond to reports of a driver unconscious at the wheel of his crashed car.

Special Sergeant Hannah and paramedic Nathan respond to an emergency in which a man has escaped death after his car smashed into a wall, exploded and caught fire. Also, paramedic Alex and Special Sergeant John are called to help a 67-year-old woman.
