Anna and Diana confront each other in the depths of the mothership after 15 years of silence, and Erica has Tyler's blood analysed - and learns the Vs did something sinister to her while she was pregnant with him.

Anna organises the Concordia gala, her latest `gift' to mankind, as a cover to hide an invading fleet of breeding vessels that will ensure the Visitors remain for future generations. Meanwhile, Eli Cohn tries to persuade Erica and the Fifth Column that the event is a good opportunity to assassinate the organiser.

Erica tries to find the leader of a radical faction of the Fifth Column responsible for the murders of three Peace Ambassadors, and is assigned a new partner. Elsewhere, Anna visits the Vatican in a bid to persuade the leaders of organised religion that the Visitors' presence is peaceful.

When Erica learns that Malik is a Visitor, she tries to prevent Anna from discovering her membership of the Fifth Column, and Ryan is ordered to find the missing alien. Meanwhile, Lisa's body begins to change, making her look increasingly like her mother.

Anna is enraged by the Fifth Column attacks and enlists Ryan's help in her efforts to wipe out the group. Fr Travis asks Fr Jack to leave the church following orders from the Vatican, and Lisa meets her grandmother for the first time.
