The team search for Megan, a pregnant HIV-positive woman who vanished moments after she and her husband saw the ultrasound of their healthy late-term baby. Megan's husband Brian, allegedly left for a business trip after the ultrasound, and the team learn that he had a brief affair after Megan was diagnosed with HIV, which she contracted during a previous relationship.

Billie's libido has increased as a result of her pregnancy. She tries to seduce Zach with little success and instead, turns to her colleague Brian with whom she has a flirty relationship - much to Zach's chagrin. Will he be able to stop Billie from sleeping with Brian?

Zack's plan to surprise Billie with a newly installed low-flow toilet leads to an unpleasant outcome as he and Billie get into their first major squabble. Meanwhile, Billie feels nostalgic about her previous relationship with James, who intends to buy a vineyard.
