New student Nina, arrives from America at Anubis House – a spooky old boarding house at the school that is to be her home for the next few years.

Cook is in prison. After beating someone up at the party (episode 2) in front of a room full of witnesses, he's told by his lawyer that he has no choice but to plead guilty. But Cook isn't willing to accept responsibility and pleads not guilty, and is released on bail.

Amber becomes jealous of her room mate Mara helping her boyfriend Mick with his homework but Amber flies into a rage when Mick gives Mara a friendship bracelet.

Whilst hiding from Victor, Nina accidentally opens a secret panel in the attic with her locket and sees a pair of eyes looking out at her.

Patricia persuades Mara to help her steal Joy's file from Mr Sweet's office, instigating a bag search by Victor. Jerome sets up a date between Alfie and Amber.

Mara and Amber's friendship deteriorates further and Amber tries to make Mick jealous by kissing house clown Alfie.
