It's Thanksgiving morning at the Cohen house, and the family is still dealing with what happened in Mexico. Sandy makes a deal to help Volchok but lets Ryan intervene and finally settle the score. Meanwhile, as Summer packs for a trip home to visit her family and Seth for the holiday, she wonders if she can deal with Newport any more.

Silver and Kelly have different views on what's best for their mum Jackie and are both finding it difficult to balance school and caring for Jackie. Elsewhere, Naomi's plans to schmooze the dean are scuppered.

Naomi discovers that she may miss out on a place at the university of her choice, while Silver bumps into her mother at an AA meeting.

Kelly supports Silver as she struggles to cope with Jackie's declining health. Elsewhere, Navid asks Adrianna about her drug use, Harry and Debbie are surprised when Annie tells them she's inviting Jasper over for dinner, and Jen and Ryan go on a camping trip.
