The contestants find out that the mystery box, covered in a Union Jack flag, has been prepared by Gordon Ramsay.

The remaining contestants face one of the toughest Mystery Boxes seen on MasterChef, and must cook a sweet dish and a savoury dish using all eight ingredients across both dishes.

The contestants take on their first pressure test where they must prepare three dishes for judge Jock Zonfrillo's three-hatted, award-winning restaurant, Orana. The one with the least impressive dish will be sent home.

The top 50 are given free reign to cook whatever they want with a barbecue challenge. The 10 worst are sent to a pavlova pressure test led by Donna Hay.

The contestants compete in a barbecue challenge where they must cook for a staggering 1200 people. The team that fails to impress will have to cook in the pressure test.
