Emotions run high in the aftermath of two boys being stolen. The Islanders pucker up for the latest game, "Kissing Booth," where they must compete for the title of "Best Kisser;" an unfamiliar smooch has the girls swooning.

The two dumped islanders leave the villa. One boy chooses between staying or leaving with his eliminated partner. The girls are left to defend their decision as they hope to find new love.

The villa is transformed into a nightclub for the game "Stick or Twist," where the Islanders must reveal if they're happy in their couple or would like to explore other options. In a late night surprise, three new bombshells crash the party.

The three new bombshells sneak away with the person of their choosing to an epic date in the middle of the ocean. Drama reaches new heights when one Islander is confronted.
