The cooks must work at record pace all through a Keeping Up with Gordon challenge to deliver two of his dishes as they compete for the only immunity pin of the season.

To win immunity and a chance to see their dish added to the menu at Gordon's new London restaurant, the chefs must create an elevated version of their favourite late-night snack.

The contestants are met by a bust of judge Jean-Christophe Novelli - made entirely of butter - and must create a dish celebrating butter, with 75 minutes on the clock.
