After weeks of grueling challenges, the finalists must show off the culmination of their skills and growth in a three-hour, three-course task.

Set in Canada, a group of ambitious amateur chefs will show what they stand for in the kitchen. In each episode, the participants compete in different culinary assignments and must give everything to impress the tough judges.
