Jamie Oliver returns to present the contestants with two difficult challenges: a 15-minute meal and his mushroom and spinach rotolo.

The judges are joined by special guest Jamie Oliver, as the contestants prepare for a season of secrets and surprises.

Contestants must choose one of three ingredients that have inspired the judges during their childhood, including Andy's Vegemite, Mel's kumquats or Jock's panettone.

Living up to its name, the greatest Mystery Box in the history of MasterChef is unveiled during Big Week. To avoid the Pressure Test, competitors must think creatively and play with the flavour to win the round.

It's Grand Finale Day and whichever cook scores the most points across two rounds will lift the trophy aloft, claiming $250,000 in prize money and winning the title of MasterChef Australia 2023.

Today's challenge is set by MasterChef legend Julie Goodwin, who has brought in a pot of her seafood stew.
