Earl decides to cross number one off his list: Stole $10 from a guy at Camden market. He runs into major problems though when he realises that he now owes him much more than the initial $10.

It's a trip down memory lane for Earl, Randy, Joy, Darnell and the Crab Shack regulars when they remember their 15 minutes of fame watching a 2003 repeat of the TV show `Cops', which was filmed in Camden County.

Earl remembers how he spoilt his and Joy's first anniversary party, while Darnell, Catalina, Kenny and Patty hid in a phone box from a swarm of killer bees.

Randy, Joy and Earl harass their Sikh neighbour following the suspected terrorist activity at the fair, Earl's stolen thermal-imaging camera reveals that Darnell is behind Joy's curtain wearing just a towel - on his head, and the sparks from the stolen dodgem car come into contact with the stolen fireworks.

When Earl and Billie find that they can't get along, Earl tries to discover the reason why Karma brought the two of them together in the first place. As he works on the list, he notices that dealing with items where he had wronged or upset a woman helps to change Billie's behaviour for the better and improve their relationship.

Randy lets it slip to his parents that Earl was in prison and now lies in a coma when he tries to get their help with number nine on his brother's list: spoiling his parents' holiday due to an unfortunate incident with a drug dealer who held them at gunpoint in their own house.
