Meanwhile, Zoroark (a creature which can change into legendary beasts) attacks Crown City, forced to do so because its son, a Zorua, has been kidnapped by entrepreneur Grings Kodai. This evil businessman has acquired time travelling powers which once belonged to legendary Pokémon Celebi.
