Miss Firecracker

A young woman is determined to win the local Miss Firecracker beauty contest as a way out of smalltown life. Carnelle Scott made an idol out of older cousin Elain, a past Miss Firecracker and speaker at this year's Fourth of July pageant, and she enlists the help of a motley crew of characters in her ferocious attempts to emulate that feat.
