Kid Galahad

Musical prizefight saga in which a shy garage mechanic is drawn into the cut-throat world of boxing despite a friend's objections. His career as Kid Galahad takes off, and he falls in love with his friend's sister, but his trainer owes money to the mob and sets up a fixed match that the Kid cannot possibly win - or can he? Based on the non-musical 1937 film of the same name.
