Alien artist

George Watanabe, an American spy, is sent to K City on the Sea of Japan coast that is ruled by an international criminal syndicate. His mission is to assassinate the leader Void Dharma at their rally. Meanwhile, 14 years old daydreamer, Housuke, is experiencing brutal bullying at his school. He throws himself to Dharma-Ray, a mysterious device created with his imagination.
