2 Guns: Zero Tolerance

The body of a naked and bound young woman is discovered on the river. A senior Police Department detective arrives on the scene and is horrified to discover that the victim is the daughter of one of his oldest friends, Johnny, an old friend from the earlier days when both were paramilitary operatives. Johnny is a man who stops at nothing to make whoever is responsible pay and leaves carnage and retribution throughout the city.
