Episode 3

S1, E3: The season is in full swing, but not for El Jefe, who is isolating in his hotel room after catching coronavirus and has some diva-like demands. Absent from operational duties, David's drafted in Weekender OG Jordan Davies to take the reins, leaving Tash fuming! Jordan gets straight to work, but he admits that he's been set a tough challenge to whip the rookies into shape. As Jordan puts his new DJ skills to good use hosting a boat party for the guests, Lucy decides to friendzone new rep Tyler in favour of Joel... but Joel has already made progress with guest Carla, leaving Lucy feeling gutted. Jordan reinstates his old mantra 'Back to basics, guests come first', which is seemingly ignored as Lucy wins back Joel's affection and the pair share a kiss. What would El Jefe say, and what will Lucy say when she finds out that Joel still asked for Carla's phone number?
