S20, E3: The chefs compete in their first team challenge, and it’s a throwback to season one of Hell’s Kitchen: prepping squid. At dinner service, one team overcomes a difficult start and finishes strong, while the other struggles to remember the tickets and brings disaster with raw chicken.
