Jürgen Prochnow on saksalainen näyttelijä. Hänen tunnetuimpiin rooleihinsa kuuluvat Kapteeni Heinrich Lehmann-Willenbrock elokuvassa Sukellusvene U-96, Ivan Radek elokuvassa Air Force One, Leto Atreides Dyynissä sekä Maxwell Dent Beverly Hills kyttä 2:ssa. Prochnowilla on pienet roolit myös elokuvissa Judge Dredd – tuomari ja Da Vinci-koodi.
