After touring the main stages and festivals in Brazil, Fernanda Abreu launches audiovisual record “AMOR GERAL | (A) LIVE ”, recorded at Imperator, Rio de Janeiro, on march 2020. At a time when the pandemic, social isolation and the uncertainties of the future take over our lives, the message recorded in music and performance on the album and show AMOR GERAL is: “Tons of love fall all the time in this world”. AMOR GERAL - (A) LIVE, Fernanda Abreu presents six songs from the album of the same name, some hits from her emblematic discography, such as “Garota Sangue Bom”, “Veneno da Lata”, “Kátia Flávia” and, of course, the hymn hot plate: “Rio 40 Graus”. Straight from the B side, and surprising everyone, Fernanda included in this show the pop-sexy “Bidolibido” and the anthem – pacifist manifesto “Eu vou torcer” by Jorge Ben Jor. She is only well accompanied: Fernanda shares the stage with her powerful band, composed of musicians who do not need presentations like Tuto Ferraz (drums and electronic programming), André Carneiro (bass), Fernando Vidal (guitar) and Thiago Gomes (keyboards), and complete the team, Alegria Mattus on vocals and ballerina Victórya Devin. Completing the sound and visual experience, Luiz Stein signs the video set design that took over an LED screen and, together with the lighting created by Carlos Firmino, transformed the presentation into an overwhelming experience of sound, image and dance. The costume of the tour and this record is a creation of the inventive Rogério S. As for the choreography, Fernanda Abreu signs with Cristina Amadeo. Artistic direction is by Fernanda herself - who took care of every detail for this special record. The Focus Cia de Dança, directed and choreographed by Alex Neoral is their partnership since their performance together on the Sunset Stage at Rock in Rio 2017.
