How many personalities do we have? How many aspects of our character must we reckon with when making a decision? FolleMente is a delightful romantic comedy with a new and unexplored perspective: the inner workings of the minds of the two main characters, Piero and Lara. We witness their first date: dinner at her place, him arriving with a good bottle of wine, her having prepared her signature dish, and all the initial awkwardness, and pleasantries a first meeting entails. However, as we watch the evening unfold, we also get the unique opportunity to enter their minds and discover everything that happens when their thoughts form and their emotions take shape. In other words, we can see the mysterious mechanisms that lead to each of their gestures, actions, words, and attitudes before they become reality. The various personalities coexisting within their minds will finally have not only a voice, but also a physical body, and a symbolic place where we will see them clash-- a place that metaphorically represents the inside of our Piero and Lara's brains. They will be free to express themselves as they wish, and we will see them argue, fight, rejoice, cry, and be moved while the events unfold in this story.
