On the mean streets of Baltimore is an all-female clique that calls themselves, 'the P Pound'. Led by Netta, this clique preys on all the big-time hustlers and scammers that Baltimore City's underworld has to offer. A byproduct of street life, these promiscuous young ladies use one hustler after another, exploiting them for material gains and popularity. Things take a turn for the worst when one female finesses the wrong hustler. Heartbroken and hellbent on revenge, this hustler is out to even the score. Suddenly they realize they've been playing a dangerous game with some very dangerous men. But is it too late.
