While in pursuit of a missing child, Andy and Swarek come upon an accident scene where a woman is pinned in her car. As Andy tries to keep the woman calm while they wait for medical units to arrive, Swarek continues his hunt for the missing child and his abductor. Meanwhile, Dov, Chris and are on their own pursuit of the abductor – but things get messy after Dov confesses his indiscretion with Gail. Back at the barn, Traci and Gail question a witness – who has a vital piece of information that helps them to solve the identity of the abductor.

Eph reluctantly joins Setrakian's quest in hopes of gathering enough evidence to warrant a citywide quarantine; Fet encounters the unexpected inside the subway tunnels; a medical emergency threatens Palmer's master plan.
