Sam Moore wurde berühmt als Teil des historischen Soulduos Sam and Dave. Er erfand den sogenannten „Rapid-Fire Style“, der aus dem musikalischen Call and Response-Muster des Gospel enstand. Heute tritt Moore mit dem Londoner Gospelchor auf.
