S1, E2: Thanks to unreliable construction workers, the renovation work is not going as hoped and money is slowly running out. While Felix tries to continue the manual work by himself, with varying degrees of success, Emma is still struggling after her accident. While everyone else remains unaffected by the ghosts' attempts at haunting, she realizes that the ghosts are real.
