SAS: Who Dares Wins UK Celebrity 2023

The new recruits face brutal conditions, deep in the Vietnamese Jungle. For their first task, they must traverse the Trainasium, parallel metal bars suspended 50 feet above the ground. The recruits are then forced to fight against each other in Milling, the rawest form of combat. One celebrity learns the importance of being part of a good team, as his failures result in others being punished.

Chief instructor and Ex-SAS operator Billy Billingham and his staff of Special Forces veterans put the recruits to task. They face a punishing search operation through a series of rooms filled with CS gas. Can the celebrities work together to escape with a designated medical box before they're overcome by the brutal effects of the contaminated air?

The celebrities are tested on their mental and physical resilience, and forced to ask themselves whether they really have what it takes to complete the course. The recruits are faced with an energy-sapping 75-minute mountain ascent to the top of a 200ft cave, where they are instructed to abseil down. The second task is considered the ultimate test of physical strength and aggression; Murderball.

The recruits continue to face the most punishing environment imaginable, deep in the Vietnamese Jungle. Their first task will test whether they can trust their team, their leaders and ultimately themselves. This gruelling task results in the dramatic medical withdrawal of three incapacitated celebrities.

With the overnight withdrawal of Montana, only eight celebrities remain. They must survive three brutal challenges, all designed to test their physical and mental grit. One by one, the recruits must pull themselves across a 300 feet wide ravine, before dropping 160 feet to the extraction point below. An overnight beasting is designed to weed out the weakest of recruits.

Their will to survive to the very end will be severely tested with a fight to find the survival of the fittest in a Pontoon Wrestling Task. With the hardships of the jungle closing in; a lack of sleep, calorie deficit from ration packs and with their bodies starting to fail them, who will pass to the ultimate survival task, navigating through the jungle in a simulated mission behind enemy lines?
