When performing an autopsy on the charred corpse of a car crash victim, respected forensic pathologist, Sara Grau, recognizes a familiar tattoo on the burnt body: it is identical to the tattoo of a man she had a one-night stand with.

As the Granny Killer follows Sara and Lluís to the hospital and is recognized by Sara as the man she had a one-night stand with, the police discover their first lead.

The police use a security camera photo to investigate the case of the serial killer terrorizing the city; Aitor Otxoa, a forensic psychiatrist, must determine the responsibility of a suicidal young man.

The same day Sara proceeds with the pregnancy test, her husband goes on a business trip to Tangiers with Clara; firefighter Marc Ramos saves a woman's life and starts to select his new victim.

The serial killer acts again with a fifth victim and Judge Cases comes under mounting pressure from the public to catch the killer and publish the unclear images of the security camera.
