The Accused

A girl named Leila resorts to marrying a business man after she discovers that her fiancée who travelled to work in an Arab country got married there. Leila travels with her husband on their honeymoon, yet all of a sudden she returns due to the deterioration of her father’s health and that is when she is arrested at the airport for carrying a sack of heroin in her bag which she knows nothing of. Leila tries to prove her innocence but to no avail and she is sentenced to life imprisonment.
