Spy High

Andrew is a teenage computer game enthusiast with a nerdy best pal, an affable gal pal and an online "girlfriend," Valerie, who works as a game programmer. When Valerie gives Andrew access to a new game in development, ominously titled "Mindgrabber," he stumbles upon a plot to make a mind-control device. Valerie is taken hostage by her evil boss, and the only ones who can rescue her are Andrew and his friends.
