Sepa: Our Lord of Miracles
Created in 1951 by the Peruvian government, the open-air penal colony in the Amazon jungle on the Rio Sepa is a dumping ground for the worst of the worst. Prisoners are allowed to roam freely while growing crops but are forgotten by the world.
