Busted Water Pipes

When crime goes down in a small village, a police team is forced to fabricate cases to keep their jobs. When the police station's water pipe bursts, they are faced with actual criminals: tomb raiders disguised as plumbers, intent on stealing the bounty for themselves and leaving the town destroyed in their wake.
