S3, E3: Kirstie gets ready for the ultimate homemade Christmas party. First on the menu is the all-important turkey, with the help of cookery writer Amy Willcock, some herbs and plenty of butter. Mince pies come next, and these traditional little puds are turned into Christmassy works of art, with gold leaf and edible glitter giving them a glamorous vintage appeal. Next up, Kirstie gets help from a top chocolatier.
