S1, E2: Two years into intensive research on the Indian watch industry, Xerxes and Akash begin building their core team by hiring Megha Mhatre, a driven marketing professional from a modest chawl background, and Gaurav Dhar, a young engineer. As Megha navigates family pressure to marry and personal boundaries at home, and Akash struggles with his father's Alzheimer's, the newly formed team learns that the watch project itself is still uncertain.
