A thief appears at a burger joint, leaving some people bewildered while some respond calmly. Immediately afterwards, another man bursts in, brandishing a pistol and threatening the staff.

Synanthrope's eight employees throw a welcome party for their new coworker, Shizawa. During a follow-up round of karaoke, Tonari unknowingly passes the robber from the day before.

Closing Down

When Synanthrope decides to close, the part-time staff are encouraged to find other work. Mizumachi expresses an intention to take over management, and the other six promise to cooperate.
