Wolf is assigned to a CF patient who is acting out because she has lost hope that she will receive a life-saving lung transplant in time. While treating a patient with endometriosis, Keon runs into a former football friend and confides in him about a traumatic incident. Assigned as Sinead’s assistant, Naz goes to great lengths to avoid performing menial nursing duties.

Naz treats a high-maintenance opera singer who refuses to speak. After a particularly difficult shift, Ashley lets off steam at the Sterling, where she has an unexpected run-in with Caro. Keon must help a patient by tracking down a person who posted a viral video on social media.
