Wrinkles

This astonishing tale, set among the unexpected landscape of an elderly care facility, is based on the internationally acclaimed graphic novel of the same name. Wrinkles charts the growing friendship between Miguel, a wily wheeler and dealer, and Emilio (Martin Sheen, The Departed), a retired bank manager suffering the first symptoms of Alzheimer’s. They join forces to rebel against institutional authority while doing everything in their power to avoid being assigned to the dreaded top-floor assisted living wing. They realise those closest to them believe their lives are coming to an end, but for them it is just a new beginning and they soon hatch a wild escape plan. Also stars Matthew Modine (The Dark Knight Rises), George Coe (Archer, Funny People), and Mallory Moye (Hart of Dixie).
