Mister Twister in the Clouds

When the big school party approaches, Tobias is too shy to ask Hasna to accompany him. Mr. Casey has no time to help him because he is anxiously trying to avoid Marie Louise, who has given him a balloon ride! While Mrs. Dreus is teaching the fourth graders how to waltz for the party, everything seems to go wrong for Tobias. Mr. Casey must overcome his fear of heights and save Tobias so that the party can take place.
